Job summary

CBTALENTS is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist – Digital Advertising in Barcelona to onboard clients and craft targeted PPC campaigns in a hybrid, full-time setting.

You will consult with clients, identify upsell opportunities, and support campaign success while collaborating with a dynamic team. French C2 and English B2 are required, with a BA/BS in Marketing (MA/MSc a plus) and 1–2 years in sales or online advertising. A relocation package is offered.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree is required; MA/MSc in Marketing is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills.
• Native level French (C2) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and develop personalized PPC advertising campaigns.
• Consult with clients to understand advertising goals and maximize ad performance.
• Identify upsell opportunities and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Manage high volumes of client interactions daily to support campaign success.
