Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience tackling high-impact projects and ownership.
• Familiarity with Python/JavaScript and modern web techs.

• Design efficient systems and practices to align interactions between teams.
• Mentor engineers, lead crews, and help shape technical assessments during hiring.
