Alan is hiring Product engineers with 3+ years of experience to build Mo, a health AI assistant, integrating ML systems with medical expertise. You will own use cases, influence architecture, and mentor others while delivering impactful healthcare solutions.

You’ll join a fast-moving team that blends product engineering, ML engineering, and medical knowledge, with hybrid work options and equity benefits.

Qualifications

• Applied background in software engineering and systems architecture.
• Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus.
• Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful.
• Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working.
• Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!).
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
• Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
• Ex-founders are typically great fit in our team

Responsabilités

• Work at the frontier of LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and human-in-the-loop learning.
• Implement new capabilities for Mo, across engineering, data, and medical expertise.
• Own use cases supported in Mo and ensure it helps members get and stay better.
• Influence system architecture and code quality.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to our product & engineering culture and interview processes.
