You will oversee a team of AI and Data Engineers, shaping the future of the company’s AI capabilities and collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years delivering production AI/ML, deep Python/LLM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG, and large-scale data processing.
• Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and orchestration frameworks.
• Deep understanding of vector databases, knowledge graphs, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience with LLMOps tooling, evaluation frameworks, and model monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of advanced AI and multi-agent systems.
• Combine traditional ML with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Drive transition of AI research into production-ready solutions.
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance frameworks for AI systems.
• Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers.
