Raison is hiring a field-enabled product and training designer to embed within corporate customers and design partners in Paris. You will champion AI adoption by identifying champions, capturing workflows, and building reusable skills integrated into real work tasks.

You will conduct field research, translate findings into prioritized insights, and collaborate with AI engineers to ship learnings as features and scalable training programs.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years across L&D / instructional or learning design, forward-deployed / customer-facing consulting, enablement, field engineering, ops, or UX research.
• You are a genuine AI power-user and build with AI daily.
• You love collaborating with people and prefer hands-on work over decks.
• You are a skilled researcher who can design studies and translate data into direction.
• You can distinguish valuable, reusable skills from prompts and design effective enablement.
• You have ownership, are organized, and can be measured on hard outcomes.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Embed inside corporate customers and design partners; sit next to real teams and make people better with AI.
• Identify AI champions, capture workflows and prompts, and convert them into reusable, governed skills.
• Design and run enablement to bring the 90% (less AI-fluent) up to speed within real tasks and training modules.
• Own each pilot end-to-end and measure proof points like reuse rates, time saved, and mastery progression.
• Conduct field research: contextual inquiries, interviews, and observation of how teams work with AI.
• Synthesize field data into jobs-to-be-done, adoption blockers, and conditions for skill transfer.
• Work with engineering to translate learnings into features and test in pilots.
• Contribute to hyper-personalized AI training offers based on customer insights.
