Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills tailored to the Customer Support Services industry.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality assistance to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring excellent service standards.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in the CRM system to track support trends and performance metrics.
