Lexroom is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and own the French portfolio from onboarding to renewal. You will drive retention, upsell opportunities, and become the single point of contact for French customers, translating feedback into product and marketing insights.

Based in France, you’ll adapt the Italian playbook for France, monitor portfolio health with dashboards, and collaborate across teams to scale our fast-growing legal AI platform for civil-law Europe.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Commercial mindset with ability to upsell and grow accounts.
• CRM fluency with portfolio management; HubSpot experience a plus.
• Fluency in French and English, native-level French preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the full French customer portfolio from onboarding to renewal, with retention and growth targets.
• Proactive CS motion; identify opportunities in every conversation and close them.
• Be the single point of contact for French customers, collecting feedback for Product/Marketing.
• Adapt the Italian playbook for France and localize it to the French market.
• Own dashboards and KPIs to monitor health and growth of the portfolio.
