TELUS Digital Bulgaria is seeking passionate Player Support Specialists to join our Sofia office. You will assist players via tickets and chat and provide a case-by-case, player-centric experience.

The role includes rotating 24/7 shifts, relocation bonus of €1,200 and up to 30 days company-provided accommodation, plus help with travel and onboarding. Fluency in French and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and proficient in English for client interactions.
• Strong customer-empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in Customer Support is a plus.
