Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Player Support Specialist for Gaming Account in Bulgaria. You will assist players via email, chat, and social channels, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth gaming experience in a vibrant esports environment.

You must be fluent in French and have strong communication with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Relocation to Sofia is provided with training and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French required.
• Experience in customer support or community management is a strong advantage.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports industry.
