You'll work in a remote-first environment within Greece, collaborate with international teams, and participate in ongoing product training, relocation support, and a comprehensive training program.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in English to engage with an international environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Interest in automotive industry and a commitment to customer excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset for challenging service scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Mercedes owners, providing guidance on vehicle features and tech queries.
• Manage high-quality inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining brand prestige.
• Assist clients with scheduling maintenance and service appointments.
• Maintain detailed CRM records with accurate data and compliance.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer experience for French-speaking markets.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and common automotive questions.
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on Mercedes models.
