Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks French-speaking Customer Experts for Dyson to deliver premium support in Greece. You will be the brand ambassador for Dyson, addressing inquiries in French across phone, email, and chat, and troubleshooting technical issues with empathy from a remote, international team.

Qualifications

Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
EU passport or Greece work permit.
Passion for consumer electronics and modern technology.
Excellent communication with empathy and solutions.
Proficient with computers and digital tools.

Responsibilities

Act as brand ambassador for Dyson and provide premium support.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot technical issues for Dyson products.
Maintain high customer satisfaction with expert French guidance.
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams on product updates.
