Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Agent for Mercedes in Greece. Represent a luxury automotive leader, providing premium support to a global client base while embracing a Mediterranean lifestyle through our French-speaking roles.

You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, coordinate service appointments, and maintain CRM records. Fluency in French and strong English are required; relocation and Greek work permit support available.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong proficiency in English to engage with our international corporate environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry and a commitment to customer excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented mindset for challenging service scenarios.
• Availability to work in a dynamic, remote-first environment within Greece.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for Mercedes owners, providing professional guidance on vehicle features and technical queries
• Manage high-quality inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining the prestigious image of the automotive brand
• Assist clients with scheduling maintenance, service appointments, and resolving automotive-related concerns with precision
• Maintain detailed case records within our CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with automotive industry standards
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize the customer experience for French-speaking market segments
• Provide insightful feedback to the management team regarding customer trends and common automotive technical queries
• Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on the latest innovations and luxury car models from Mercedes
