Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French-speaking Player Support Specialist to join on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the primary contact for French-speaking players, handling email, chat, and tickets, and troubleshooting account and gameplay issues to ensure an optimal experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate bugs and report trends, while maintaining a helpful, brand-aligned tone.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or community management is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with a patient and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for French-speaking players via email, chat, and tickets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management, gameplay performance, and payments.
• Maintain brand-aligned, helpful interactions and escalate complex bugs with internal teams.
• Assist players with game mechanics, events, and platform updates to ensure a smooth experience.
