Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Excellent command of English for professional communication.
- Previous experience in back-office, administrative, or gaming-related support roles is valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level back-office support to international players within Gaming & Esports.
- Monitor and manage player accounts ensuring compliance and security.
- Analyze and investigate suspicious activity or discrepancies to uphold platform integrity.
- Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders to resolve account-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to report and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting on support requests for service improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training on industry trends.
