Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-Speaking Customer Success Specialist to join our Lisbon team. This on-site role requires fluency in French and a solid English level, with a relocation package available for candidates from abroad.

You will assist French-speaking clients by phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and maintain CRM records. The position offers bonuses and meal/transport allowances in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level French with at least B2 English.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence required.
• Experience in client support a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide top-tier support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot client issues and provide clear solutions.
• Record client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
