Jobtailor is seeking aClient Onboarding Specialist to welcome new clients and guide them through setup and activation of our platform. You will present features, answer questions, and tailor solutions to each business. Strong French communication and a pedagogical approach are essential.

You will also create guides, host webinars, and monitor satisfaction to improve retention and ensure customers achieve success with the tool.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a business, sales, or accounting-related field.
• Strong French written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of accounting or business management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and onboard new clients via online sessions.
• Present the application and its features via Google Meet.
• Assist clients with account setup and getting started with the tool.
• Answer questions and reassure users during their first steps on Dougs.
• Identify each client's specific needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide advice and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Create and update guides and tutorials to promote client autonomy.
• Host training webinars for users.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
