Jobtailor in Montpellier is seeking a proactive Customer Success professional to define onboarding and upsell processes, manage a referral program, and identify ambassadors to showcase success stories.

You will conduct interviews, develop materials, and strengthen user communications with our tools, delivering webinars in French and English with partners and customers. A Master's degree and experience in customer-facing roles are preferred, along with English and Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal skills for multi-stakeholder collaboration in a high-growth company.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Define onboarding and upselling processes to identify opportunities.
• Manage the referral program to identify Yooz ambassadors and customer success stories to showcase.
• Identify customers who can contribute to our marketing initiatives.
• Conduct interviews and create supporting materials and content.
• Strengthen communication with our users through our communication tools.
• Plan and deliver webinars in French and English with our partners and customers.
