Ledger is hiring for a French payroll role based in Paris. You will own the full monthly payroll cycle, joiners/leavers, and related employee lifecycle tasks from day one, with progression toward Global Payroll responsibilities as your scope grows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of French payroll experience with monthly cycle ownership
• Solid knowledge of French social legislation (URSSAF, DSN) and payroll tools
• Rigorous month-end close and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment in English

Responsabilités

• Own the full French payroll monthly cycle from data collection to payslip checks
• Submit statutory filings (URSSAF, DSN, IJSS/Net-entreprise) on time
• Manage variable pay, equity payroll declarations, and ADP Decidium files
• Collaborate with Finance on cost reporting, headcount, and variance analysis
• Oversee employee lifecycle data in Workday and support process improvements
• Work with ADP and cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes
