CloudPay Inc. in France is seeking a French Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll processing for French employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-moving, international environment.

You will manage monthly payroll activities, reconcile data, prepare reports, and collaborate with the Implementation team to hand over payrolls to the In-House team. A high level of data integrity and attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• English and French language proficiency required.
• Expert knowledge of French payroll legislation and reporting.
• Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing.

Responsabilités

• Manage all payroll activities in line with the monthly payroll calendar and submit the payroll figures monthly.
• Ensure payroll complies with French legislation and statutory requirements.
• Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll.
• Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing.
• Validate payroll outputs.
• Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
• Analyse payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll.
• Prepare the monthly payroll reports and upload them to the CP platform.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to ensure that the handover of new payrolls is transferred to the In-House team successfully.
