Back Market is seeking a Payroll & People Operations professional based in France to own the French payroll for ~300 employees and contribute to international payroll initiatives. You will optimize Workday workflows, automate processes, and partner with external providers while ensuring compliance with French law.

Competenze

• 4-6+ years of hands-on experience processing French payroll.
• Strong understanding of French social security, tax requirements, and employment legislation.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll operations, including inputs, payslip checks, reconciliations, and social declarations.
• Fluency in French and English for international collaboration.
• Structured, autonomous, proactive approach with ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with ADP Decidium or other French payroll systems.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.

• Own and manage the end-to-end French payroll for ~300 employees in-house.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate payroll inputs, tax, social contributions, and declarations.
