As a Customer Specialist, you will support customers throughout their journey, assisting with a wide range of questions and requests related to orders, accounts, products, services, and general information.
You will communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital platforms, understanding their needs and providing accurate, timely, and personalised assistance.
Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital communication channels.
Respond to customer questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
Listen carefully to customers and identify the most appropriate solutions to their requests.
Manage complaints and customer situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
Guide customers through relevant procedures, platforms, products, and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken in internal systems.
Collaborate with other departments when additional support or investigation is required.
Recognise recurring issues and share relevant feedback to contribute to service improvements.
Keep your knowledge of products, services, procedures, and company policies up to date through training and continuous learning.
Languages: Fluent French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
