You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring a smooth experience from initial contact to resolution with a strong emphasis on accuracy and helpfulness.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset for travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems; collaborate with internal teams.
