Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact across phone, email, chat and digital channels. You will deliver professional, personalized support on inquiries, orders, accounts, products and services, ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to resolution.

Fluent French and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are required.

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
