Job summary

Ultima Markets Ltd. is seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to lead the company's EU expansion from scratch.

You will own market entry strategies, establish key partnerships, and build high-performance sales teams to drive revenue growth with an uncapped commission structure. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, excellent English and French communication, and the ability to operate autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment across the EU.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Excellent communication skills for long-term partner relationships
• Fluent English and French; Mandarin a plus
• Strong self-discipline and ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources are a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with brokers, affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs
• Drive regional growth by improving metrics like FTD and Net Deposits
• Own the full BD lifecycle from prospecting to closing and post-deal maintenance
• Build and manage long-term partner relationships with frequent communication
• Monitor regulatory updates, competition, and market dynamics in the region
• Collaborate with marketing for localized content and events for French-speaking markets
