Job summary

Ubisoft in Paris seeks a Franchise Growth Strategy Manager to drive growth across AC, R6 and FC. You will frame opportunities, structure business cases and serve as the reference on deals and platform ecosystems. This role acts as a central orchestration point for Core Services and Group functions.

You will own growth strategy, partner relationships across HD/console, PC, mobile and cloud, and coordinate with Finance, SPBD and Legal to unblock opportunities and maximize revenue potential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial strategy within gaming or tech.
• Proven ability to build business cases and drive new revenue streams.
• Familiarity with platform ecosystems (HD/console, PC, mobile, cloud) and payments.
• Experience managing partner relationships in APAC is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate growth opportunities and deal flow across franchises.
• Prepare briefs on priorities, timelines and constraints for sourcing and structuring deals.
• Act as main contact for Core Services and Group functions on opportunities.
• Maintain strategy mapping across platforms and capture learnings.
• Share insights and best practices with internal teams through briefings and playbooks.
