Job summary

Ubisoft is seeking a Franchise Growth Strategy Manager to drive Vantage Studios' business development and franchise growth across AC, R6 and FC. You will orchestrate opportunities, structure deals, and act as a trusted reference on policies and platform orchestration.

Reporting to the VP Commerce Strategy & Business Growth, you will partner with Core Services and Group functions to enable growth, frame opportunities, and secure strategic bets across HD/console, PC, mobile, cloud and emerging

Qualifications

Strong experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial strategy, ideally in gaming, entertainment or tech.
Track record of building business cases and driving new revenue streams.
Strong knowledge of platform ecosystems (HD/console, PC, mobile) and partner/payment landscapes.
Experience managing partner relationships in Asia-Pacific markets (China is a plus).
Familiarity with commercial policies, deal governance and knowledge-management tools in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate franchise growth opportunities and act as a control tower across platforms and deals.
Be the main point of contact for incoming deals, partnerships, platform opportunities, and decision briefs.
Coordinate engagement between SPBD, Global Sales and Group functions; report deal performance to leadership.
Develop growth strategy frames with market sizing, benchmarking, and high-level commercial assumptions.
Own Tencent relationship and China/APAC growth, coordinating with local hubs and Tencent teams.
