Job summary

Ubisoft Entertainment Inc. is seeking a VP, Live & Player Services to lead a transversal, globally distributed organization responsible for the platforms, services and expertise that shape the player experience and maximize business impact.

You will define the long‑term vision, partner with Publishing, Technology and external platforms, and drive Ubisoft Connect, live activation, player engagement, personalization and ecommerce; this role can be based in Paris or Montreal and demands

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in live operations or live services.
• Proven track record managing large multi-site teams.
• Experience building relationships with external platforms and ecommerce partners.
• Strong financial acumen and ROI decision-making.
• Ability to lead through complexity and change.
