TikTok Shop is seeking a Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) Manager for Paris to build playbooks, drive program management, and align with Key Account Managers to ensure scalable operations and strong seller outcomes.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Operations, Data, Product, and commercial teams to translate insights into practical processes that improve team effectiveness, scalability across markets, and ongoing performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, business development, creator operations, account management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business planning, operations, programme management, project management, consulting, or a similar strategic and execution-focused role.
• Strong ability to structure problems, manage multiple workstreams, and drive projects from idea through execution.
• Experience building operational processes, playbooks, or enablement materials that improve team performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with commercial teams and senior partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and business context to inform decisions and prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, retail, or other fast-paced consumer-facing industries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and continuously improve playbooks, toolboxes, and operational frameworks to strengthen seller acquisition and incubation.
• Drive programme and project management across key Key Account priorities, ensuring clear planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Partner closely with Key Account Managers to identify business needs, solve operational challenges, and improve ways of working.
• Work cross-functionally with teams such as Strategy, Operations, Data, Product, and other commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Translate business insights into actionable recommendations and practical processes that improve team effectiveness and seller outcomes.
• Support the team in establishing structured, repeatable best practices that can scale across markets and accounts.
