Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to be a strategic technical leader across the region. This remote role (based in Paris, France) reports to the Sales Engineering Director in Solutions Consulting, partnering with Sales to align resources with regional growth and coaching a high-performing team of Sales Engineers.

You will own the end-to-end technical sales cycle, drive win rates, and build strong relationships with customer executives while maintaining

Qualifications

• 8+ years enterprise pre-sales / solutions engineering experience across complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proven ability to run the regional pre-sales motion: pipeline support, deal strategy, and forecasting with Sales.
• Strong executive customer leadership and a deep security/networking foundation with cross-functional collaboration and willingness to travel.
• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance daily workflows.

• Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle across the region, ensuring opportunities are qualified, progressed, and executed with governance and established SE processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SE team through deal engagement and performance management.
• Drive business performance by improving technical win rates and accelerating sales cycles.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders, aligning resources to growth strategies.
• Maintain technical expertise and pursue relevant certifications while developing talent for future success.
