Uniper in Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager for France to drive growth in renewables and lead complex transactions.

You will build partnerships, evaluate investment cases, coordinate due diligence, and guide projects from origination to ready-to-build while navigating permitting and land acquisition.

Fluency in French and English is required; willingness to travel and collaborate across diverse teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in renewables development and/or M&A.
• Strong financial modeling and deal-structuring skills.
• Experience with GIS-based project valuation and due diligence.
• Excellent project and transaction management, with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of utility-scale permitting and land acquisition processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Drive profitable partnerships and acquisitions in France for utility-scale solar and wind.
• Identify external partners including developers, advisors, investors.
• Develop investment cases, coordinate due diligence, and negotiate deals.
• Manage projects from origination to ready-to-build, monitoring developments.
• Perform preliminary constraint assessments using internal GIS tools.
