Uniper Energy in Paris is seeking a Business Development Manager France (all genders) to drive profitable partnerships in utility-scale solar and wind projects across France. You will lead negotiations and manage deals from origination to ready-to-build status, aligning with regulatory and market developments.

You will collaborate with external partners, perform investment case analyses, and coordinate due diligence to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial modeling, project valuation tools (GIS), and transaction structuring.
Strong project and transaction management skills, with the ability to manage complex processes and meet critical deadlines.
Comprehensive understanding of utility-scale project development, including permitting and land acquisition processes.

Responsabilités

Drive profitable partnerships and negotiate acquisitions, focusing on utility-scale solar and wind in France.
Identify and engage external partners, including developers, financial advisors, and potential investors.
Develop and evaluate investment cases, coordinate due diligence, and participate in negotiations for project acquisitions or joint ventures.
