Uniper in Paris is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead planning and execution of energy projects across France. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors and local authorities to ensure timely, compliant delivery while supporting the Management Board in portfolio growth.

Candidates should have an engineering or related degree, strong PM skills, and experience in permitting, land contracts, and grid connections for utility-scale solar or wind. English and French fluency required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of project development stages including permitting, land contracts, grid connections
• Technical expertise in wind and solar projects; CAD, GIS, and Office tools

Responsabilités

• Manage project planning, implementation, and oversight in France, from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
• Initiation, monitoring, and coordination of environmental planning, connection, and construction processes.
• Provide support to the Management Board in organizational growth and project portfolio development.
• Assist in the negotiation of real estate use rights and contracts with energy operators and contractors.
• Manage weekly reporting on your projects using Uniper internal tools.
• Design, implement and improve tools to manage development activities in coordination with internal teams.
• Build positive relationships with local authorities, communities, and landowners.
