EVERSANA, a global leader in life sciences solutions, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our France payroll team in Paris. You will process, review, and audit France payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

You will collaborate with HR, vendors, and finance to manage DSN reporting, new-hire onboarding, and payroll lifecycle tasks across Europe while preserving data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years payroll experience with France payroll processing/oversight.
• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and portals.

Responsabilités

• Process, review, and audit France payroll and assist other European payrolls.
• Coordinate new-hire payroll requirements and DSN reporting.
• Ensure accurate gross-to-net calculations and tax withholding.
• Serve as main payroll inquiries contact and liaise with vendors.
