Job summary

OpenAI is hiring a Partnerships Manager based in France with primary responsibility for the French market, including ownership of partnership strategies that accelerate adoption of OpenAI’s products across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels.

The role is based in Paris with 3 days per week in the office, and requires collaboration across Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, and Policy teams to drive end-to-end partnership delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related roles.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Proven track record with major tech partners and cross-border work.
• Deep France market knowledge and multiregional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own partnership strategy and end-to-end execution in France.
• Negotiate and close cross-border deals on terms and scope.
• Lead senior partner relationships and align on joint value.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Legal, Policy, and regional teams.
• Apply country insights to prioritization and partner selection.
• Define success metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
