Genmab is expanding its commercial capabilities in Europe, seeking a driven Associate Director, Market Access and Pricing to shape access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for upcoming launches in France. You will translate clinical and economic evidence into value propositions that support reimbursement and sustainable pricing, with direct engagement with French decisionmakers.

Qualifications

6+ years of relevant Market Access, HEOR & pricing experience.
Master’s degree in Sciences (including pharmacy or medicine), Health Economics, Public Health or related discipline.
Demonstrated experience leading HAS oncology submissions and pricing strategy/negotiation.
Fluency in local language and business English.

Responsibilities

Shape market access strategy: Develop pricing and reimbursement scenarios aligned on HAS requirements.
Build the evidence and value story: adapt global value stories to French payer needs.
Drive HAS submissions: lead CT & CEESP dossiers from analyses to HAS submission.
Support pricing and reimbursement: contribute to CEPS price negotiations.
Collaborate across teams: lead cross-functional submission teams and external agencies.
Develop stakeholder relationships: engage key French stakeholders and translate policy developments.
