Job summary

Veracyte, Inc. is seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive regional pricing strategies and grow the business across France and Benelux.

The role involves educating oncologists and pathologists on the value of PROSIGNA™ and other diagnostics, while partnering with marketing to execute congresses and seminars. You will guide regional teams, ensure compliance, and manage multiple regional priorities.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree required or strongly valued.
• Minimum 8+ years of commercial leadership experience with full revenue and P/L responsibility.
• Proven track record of launching oncology drugs and/or diagnostics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of PROSIGNA™ and newly launched diagnostics and services.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including reimbursement and channel plans.
• Maximize sales, expand market presence, and secure public reimbursement and guidelines inclusion.
• Promote PROSIGNA™ through marketing activities and key congresses in oncology.
• Lead recruitment and headcount planning aligned with regional budgets and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Manage territory operations including administrative, diagnostic, financial, and strategic planning functions.
• Build relationships with health authorities to support market access and pricing.
