Job summary

Medline is building a new Strategic Pricing function to shape pricing excellence across France, Belgium and the Netherlands within the EMEA team. The Pricing Manager will support growth in a fast-moving international environment and work closely with Sales, Finance and Marketing to implement pricing initiatives.

Lead pricing initiatives, negotiate strategically, and rely on analytics to optimize profitability while ensuring disciplined pricing execution across the region.

Qualifications

• Commercial or sales-facing experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory.
• Dutch language is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing initiatives, support strategic negotiations, use analytics to optimize performance, and drive change management across the commercial organization.
• Execute the EMEA pricing strategy within the local market.
• Implement annual price increases and pricing initiatives.
• Commercial support; provide pricing and deal guidance for tenders, quotations, and strategic customer negotiations.
• Monitor pricing performance, discount levels, margin development, and price realization.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability through pricing optimization.
• Pricing analytics: analyze customer, product, and market profitability.
