Genmab is expanding its European presence in France and seeks an Associate Director, Market Access and Pricing to shape access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for upcoming launches. You will work with the Head of Market Access and cross-functional teams to translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR & pricing or related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Sciences, Health Economics or related discipline.
• Experience leading HAS oncology submissions and pricing negotiations.
• Proven track record securing reimbursement for innovative oncology products.
• Fluency in local language; business fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Shape market access strategy with Head of Market Access, Pricing & Public Affairs and HAS requirements.
• Adapt global value stories to French payer needs and develop payer propositions.
• Lead HAS and CEESP submissions and align with JCA/Has when applicable.
• Contribute to price negotiations and CEPS negotiations.
• Lead cross-functional submission teams and represent France in regional/global forums.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and translate policy developments into insights.
