Job summary

Pharmanovia in Paris is seeking a Global Pricing and French Market Access Lead to enable market access, pricing and reimbursement for the company’s speciality portfolio in France. You will shape payor partnerships and deliver innovative market access solutions within a cross-functional team.

The role reports to the VP of Market Access and requires deep knowledge of the French health system, with a strong track record in price and reimbursement negotiations and HTA activities.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in country-level market access in pharma or CRO
• Deep knowledge of French health systems
• In-depth knowledge of France pricing and reimbursement environment
• Experience with reimbursement dossier submissions and stakeholder management
• Commercially astute with track record of securing pricing and reimbursement in France
• Launch experience in Oncology or Rare Diseases desirable
• Strong understanding of payers and value drivers at country level

Responsibilities

• Execute the Market Access Strategy for France and global projects.
• Support pricing and reimbursement submissions for key Pharmanovia products.
• Maintain relationships with Governmental, Local & Insurance Funds.
• Contracting with hospitals, buying groups, SIC funds, and government bodies.
• Collaborate with global medical and commercial teams to tailor value propositions for payers, clinicians, and policymakers.
• Project support for national HTA submissions and pricing strategies with local stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Development.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, compliance requirements, and legal requirements.
