Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma seeks an Associate Director, HEOR & Market Access for EU West, based in Paris. You will own the value demonstration strategy and lead evidence generation to support pricing and access decisions across the region, starting in France and expanding to other EU West markets.

You will design studies, build health economic models, and coordinate CEESP submissions, while coordinating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams globally.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HEOR, RWE or market access within biotech/pharma
• Direct French market access dossier experience incl. CEESP and early access
• Strong knowledge of observational studies, medico-administrative data, health economic modeling

Responsibilities

• Design and own the value demonstration strategy for EU West products
• Develop and deliver evidence generation plans—clinical and economic
• Coordinate pricing and access strategy with CEPS and regional teams
• Manage vendor selection, study specifications, budgets, and approvals
• Lead dissemination of findings through publications and congresses
• Represent regional HEOR and Market Access to global teams
