SumUp in Paris is looking for a Working Student to support the People Operations & Payroll team in France. You’ll take ownership of recurring administrative and payroll tasks, help keep data accurate and up to date, and ensure employees and managers receive timely, clear support.

This role is a great entry point into HR and payroll operations for someone organized, reliable, and eager to build real expertise in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English with clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with sensitive data.
• Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort with structured data.

Responsabilités

• Payroll support: collect and organise input data ahead of monthly deadlines.
• HR administration: prepare and archive employment contracts and documentation.
• Employee support: respond to routine queries and manage tickets.
• Data management: maintain employee data in HR systems and trackers; suggest process improvements.
