HelloFresh in Paris seeks an experienced HR/payroll professional to own payroll accuracy, employee administration, and Workday for France. You will ensure on-time payments, compliant files, and reliable HR systems as HelloFresh scales locally.

You will partner with Finance and Global HR, managing complex payroll cases and regulatory updates, while building insightful reports for international teams. Fluency in French and English is required in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in HR or payroll with direct ownership.
• Proven employee administration experience.
• Payroll experience with external providers.
• Strong HRIS knowledge; Workday is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Payroll control and validation with our external payroll provider.
• Manage employee files from hire to exit and handle statutory filings.
• Own Workday configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting for France.
• Turn payroll and Workday data into reports and dashboards for HR teams.
• Monitor French labor law changes and translate into system/process updates.
