Job summary

Shine, the financial copilot for entrepreneurs, is building a robust People Operations function in France. This Paris-based role leads end-to-end HR operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and owns HRIS data governance for the French footprint.

You will drive functional architecture, payroll data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Leadership while enabling seamless onboarding, contract management, and M&A data integration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in People Operations or HR Operations in a fast-moving tech/fintech environment.
• Hands-on expertise in French labor administration, contract types, leaves, and compliance.
• Strong experience with modern HRIS platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, standardize, and optimize end-to-end lifecycle operations for France.
• Own French operational compliance as the Paris-based authority.
• Act as functional product owner of HRIS for France and ensure data integrity.
• Structure and validate monthly payroll data inputs and compliance.
• Lead integration of new French teams into Shine’s HR ecosystem.
• Draft French employment contracts and manage day-to-day employee queries.
