Shine is seeking a senior People Operations professional to lead the France function in a hybrid Paris setting. You will architect and standardize core HR processes for France, ensure regulatory compliance, and own the HRIS data and payroll inputs.

This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and minimal direct reports. You will drive complex data audits, align contracts (CDI, CDD, alternance, stages), and support integrations during M&A while maintaining process rigor and

Formación

• Experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration in a fast-moving tech/fintech environment.
• Hands-on expertise in French labor administration, contract types, leaves, and lifecycle compliance.
• Knowledge of modern HRIS platforms and workflow automation (Lucca/HiBob/Personio/Workday).
• Experience structuring payroll inputs and understanding gross-to-net variables for France.
• M&A or data migration experience related to employee data integration.
• Fluency in French with professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Functional Architecture: design and standardize end-to-end lifecycle operations for France.
• Own French Operational Compliance as Paris-based authority for HR operations.
• HRIS Ownership & Data Governance: act as functional product owner for France HRIS.
• Payroll Data Preparation: structure and validate monthly payroll variables and leaves.
• Lead operational integration of acquired French teams into Shine’s HR ecosystem.
• Hands-on administration: draft French employment contracts and resolve day-to-day queries.
