Airbnb Hotels seeks an energetic Market Manager to oversee and expand our hotel supply in France, including Paris. You will optimize hotel setups, drive partnerships, and collaborate with product, policy, and sales teams to scale growth and ensure host success.

You will lead account strategies, educate clients on product updates, and use data to uncover opportunities while traveling across France to cover assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English are required; additional European languages are a strong plus
• 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsabilités

• Manage Hotels portfolio in France, ensuring health and expansion of supply
• Develop tiering and account management strategies for hotels
• Build and expand partner relationships within your territory
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners
• Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal teams
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources effectively
