• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly hotel targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to develop strong, enduring partnerships and provide exceptional, timely service.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback on product and public policy to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax and customer support to ensure Airbnb's long-term market success.
