Qualifications

• 5+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• 2+ years in tech/travel industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to nurture and convert opportunities within a book of business.
• Strong data interpretation and quantitative decision making.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams to drive success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients via phone, email, and in person.
• Fluent French and English; willingness to travel within France.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to exceed quarterly targets with Hotels.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to strengthen partnerships and provide timely service.
• Manage and optimize a portfolio of hotels in France, from independent properties to chains.
• Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement unique engagement projects to drive territory growth.
• Collaborate with product, communications, public policy, legal and customer support to ensure long-term market success.
• Acquire knowledge of French market trends to inform stakeholders.
• Understand technical aspects of software partnerships (PMS, channel managers) to support hosts and guests.
