Based in Paris, you will travel up to 35% across France, leveraging data to drive growth, negotiate discounts, and ensure hosts and guests have a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in new sales, account management and partner support.
• 2+ years in tech/travel industry is a plus.
• Proven track record managing a book of business.
• Data-driven with quantitative skills for daily decisions.
• Able to work strategically and tactically in ambiguity.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory while aiming to exceed quarterly targets.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners for strong, enduring relationships.
• Implement strategies to manage and optimize the hotel portfolio in France, from independents to chains.
• Educate clients on product updates and feed feedback to product/public policy stakeholders.
• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
• Develop and implement unique engagement projects, fostering innovation in your territory.
• Work cross-functionally with product, communications, policy, legal, tax and support teams.
• Acquire knowledge of French market trends to inform internal and external stakeholders.
• Understand technical aspects of software partnerships (PMS, channel managers) to support hosts and guests.
