Criteo in Paris seeks a People Relations Partner to serve as the local expert for employee relations, translating global policies into compliant local practices for France.

You will work with HR Director France, PBPs, and Legal to lead complex cases, manage risk, and build manager capability. This hybrid role supports France's ER agenda through policy development and practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Human Resources and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and collective labour relations.
• Ability to assess risk and lead cases through resolution.
• Experience partnering with managers, People Ops, Centers of Expertise and Legal.
• Fluent in French and English; cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Employee relations and case leadership.
• Partner with Functional PBPs on manager coaching, organisational impact of company decisions and global programs.
• Act as the primary advisor for France ER and escalation point for complex local cases.
• Independently lead complex and sensitive matters, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Assess legal, financial, operational and reputational risks; define options and recommend actions.
• Ensure high‑quality case intake, documentation, chronology, and follow‑up.
• Design and deliver targeted ER training and guidance for managers.
• Share themes and recommendations to improve leadership capability and climate.
• Own the France ER policies roadmap and compliance framework.
• Coordinate with People Ops to implement compliant local processes.
• Oversee working time, forfait jours, overtime, absences and health & safety topics.
• Act as escalation point for People Operations and support knowledge resources.
• Lead or co‑lead Health and Safety Committee activities.
• Participate in union interactions with appropriate support.
• Maintain ER dashboards and analyze trends for preventive actions.
• Provide risk insights to HR Director France and stakeholders.
• Improve processes with AI-enabled tools, with safeguards.
