Xerox Holdings Corporation in France is seeking a senior People Operations Director to lead the People Operations function for the French market. You will manage a team of six professionals and partner with senior leaders to drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

The role requires deep expertise in French employment law, labour relations, Works Council management, and employee relations, with strong leadership and stakeholder management in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading People Operations or HR Operations within France.
• Strong expertise in French employment law, labour relations, Works Council management, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams and partner with senior business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead a six-person People Operations team and provide strategic and operational leadership across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as SME for French employment law, labour relations and collective agreements.
• Manage Works Councils (CSE) consultation, governance and employee representative engagement.
• Partner with business leaders to support organisational changes, restructurings and transformation initiatives while ensuring legal compliance.
• Oversee efficient, compliant and high-quality People Operations services.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation to improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Lead local and global HR projects and acquisitions impacting the France employee population.
